Introduction to brewing workshop
CourseOn the producer's website: Atelier d'initiation au brassage
Full-day brewing workshop where participants brew around twenty litres of beer in pairs from a recipe of their choice, returning about four weeks later to bottle it and take home half the batch.
Visits are by appointment. Check current tour availability with the producer before you travel.
Production notes
Method: A living product, our beers are never pasteurized. The presence of yeast at the bottom of our bottles, the brewer's gold, is a mark of quality.
Seasonal notes: Pas d'horaires d'ouverture fixes ; un coup de fil préalable est recommandé avant de venir.
